Direct Marketing
Marketing and DM is something I got the opportunity to develop my skill at in my most recent role. DM is something that came in the package for new business start-ups if they required it and is something that continues their image or branding. With a wide variety of business types and needs, I had the creative freedom to create DM which was different and to the point giving the company the edge.
The two colour restriction on the package for printing purposes played to an advantage in most cases where printing was done on the lithographic press, other times full colour digital printing proved more effective for their needs. I design my Leaflets and Flyers by combining a mixture of image manipulation and creation in both Photoshop and Freehand and then continuing in Freehand to create the layout and setup for print.
